Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:

An opportunity to be on the frontline of healthcare innovation and to help facilitate home healthcare, shipments and therapies aimed to save human life! In this role, the candidate will provide an enhanced level of customer support and operational support for our Project Managers in Home Healthcare. 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and project schedules,
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Assist Project Manager with follow-up of project tasks and actions with both internal teams and client,
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings,
  • Preparing agendas for meetings with external stakeholders
  • Preparation, Execution, and finalization of meeting minutes for project calls within given schedule
  • Helping Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met by follow up with internal project dependents and reporting accordingly such as for example visit management,
  • Providing administrative support as needed, such as reviewing vendor invoices
  • Undertaking project tasks as required,
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess and document project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Assist project management with development of timelines for fulfilling each goal and objective to ensure overall project timeline is within scope
  • Pull and prep KPI reports for the PM review and presentation
  • Enter information (e.g. actions, decisions, issues) into project trackers provided by the PM by required dates
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • A degree in Business Management or prior project coordinator work experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
    • Professional certification in Project Management field is preferred.
    • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
    • Team worker and prone to liaise with and coordinate different stakeholders
    • Business driven, people focused, with exceptional influencing skills; Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and time-management skills
